I have completed an Advanced Diploma of Functional and Energetic Kinesiology at the O’Neill Kinesiology College. I have expanded my knowledge with further training in Advanced Neurological workshops and procedures and continue to attend the latest workshops as new material is released.
Your initial consultation will involve your kinesiologist getting an understanding of your medical history and healthcare needs so that they can provide the best techniques for you and your body. This will generally include discussing your physical, mental, and spiritual health history, and what led you to book the appointment. You’ll also receive muscle testing so that your kinesiologist gets an accurate understanding of your overall health.
Your appointments will generally all take place on the massage table. They can involve a wide range of kinesiology techniques, including vibrational techniques, pressure and acupoints, essences and more – essentially addressing your mind-body link and any blockages you may be experiencing.
You will receive a balance in the first session.
Absolutely!
Children benefit as much as adults, and tend to feel the positive effects of Kinesiology sooner. Children seem to move through the care plan much faster and report many benefits; however improved confidence at school and feeling calm and settled is a common side effect often reported by parents.
A kinesiology balance is a procedure or treatment method whereby the art of muscle monitoring is used to identify imbalances and/or stressors in the body, and corrective techniques are then applied to correct the imbalances and restore the body’s natural balance and healing abilities.
When receiving a treatment at our clinic, clients lie down on a massage table, so we recommend comfortable attire, pants and socks if you’re prone to get cool.
